Brian Daly
Partner, Rockmore Capital, LLC
Brian Daly is a partner of the Rockmore
group of funds. Mr. Daly participates in
managing all aspects of the funds
operation with a specific focus on
portfolio management, investor relations
and supervises back office operations as
the CFO. Mr. Daly has twenty-plus year
of experience on Wall Street, both as an
investment banker and in operations. Mr.
Daly began his career on Wall Street in
1985 with SmithBarney. He joined the
asset management group at Salomon
Brothers in 1988 developing financial
models and
systems. In 1992 Mr. Daly moved to the
investment banking division of Paine
Webber focusing on structured products.
In 1998, he joined Omicron Capital as
its Chief Financial Officer, where he
was responsible for the daily operations
and valuation of the fund’s portfolio.
He developed a proprietary back-office
accounting and trading systems for
Omicron and Rockmore. Mr. Daly received
his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from
Fordham University and an
MBA from Columbia University.
David Friedland
President, Magnum U.S. Investments
President, Hedge Fund Association
David R. Friedland is President of
Magnum U.S. Investments, Inc., which
serves as a consultant to a number of
funds of funds and hedge funds, as well
as a number of banks and institutions.
Magnum U.S. Investments, Inc. tracks,
evaluates and combines hedge funds into
funds of hedge funds to meet specific
risk/return criteria for high net worth
individuals and institutional clients.
He is also president of the general
partner of the Magnum funds of hedge
funds, and Magnum-sponsored single
manager hedge funds available to U.S.
taxable investors. Magnum has been
involved in the hedge fund industry
since 1994.
Harry E. Haynes III

Management
Harry E. Haynes III is a founding
partner of FISCO LLC and a managing
director of FISCO Investment Management.
Mr. Haynes is responsible for
tactical/technical research, and
portfolio construction including risk
control and portfolio management. Mr.
Haynes has over 25 years of investment
experience, including analysis,
portfolio management, and asset
consulting. He is recognized for his
work in the field of tactical allocation
and is a periodic lecturer on the
subject. Prior to joining FISCO, Mr.
Haynes was employed at Ernst & Young LLC
where he was Principal and Director of
Southeast Area Investment Advisory
Services. These services include
determining asset allocation and client
investment policy, assisting in
investment manager searches and
overseeing implementation.
Kevin G. Simpson
President & CCO, Capital Wealth
Planning, LLC
Kevin G. Simpson is President and Chief
Compliance Officer of Capital Wealth
Planning, LLC. Since 2005, he has
managed the option writing program for
the Partnership. Mr. Simpson has been a
licensed financial consultant since
1992. Mr. Simpson specializes in helping
institutions and high-net worth
individuals plan and achieve their
financial goals. He delivers investment
and financial advice and manages money
specifically focused on covered call
selling. Mr. Simpson is a graduate of
The George Washington University with a
degree in Finance. He has served on many
government and non-profit boards in
Pennsylvania and Florida. He has taught
classes and lectured on investment
topics throughout many states. He has
also published countless newspaper and
magazine articles on option strategy.
Mr. Simpson currently holds Series 7, 63
& 65 NASD certifications.
Mike Williams

Mr. Williams is Founder and President of
AFM. Mike has unique expertise in
financial product development, the
creation of unique marketing concepts,
and the successful coordination of
independent marketing organizations for
distribution purposes. In the Private
Placement Insurance arena, where AFM
focuses a great deal of attention, Mr.
Williams is able to innovatively provide
High Net Worth Investors with access to
AFM’s manager combinations on a very tax
efficient basis. Mr. Williams held
management roles from 1990 until 2002
with Western Reserve Life Assurance
Company or Ohio (WRL), an AEGON USA
business unit. Mr. Williams began his
financial services career with Aetna,
specializing in advanced marketing prior
to purchasing an independent insurance
agency, and subsequently establishing an
SEC registered Broker/Dealer. Mr.
Williams is a graduate of Southern
Illinois University with a degree in
Business Management. Mike holds a Series
66 license in the state of Florida.
