Mark is a partner in a prominent Irish law firm who specialises in the establishment of alternative funds for non-US distribution. He previously practised as an Attorney-at-Law specialising in hedge funds in the funds practice of a leading firm in the Cayman Islands for four years and has also worked in the funds industry in Luxembourg.

Vince started his career at Deloitte and Touche, LLP in their financial services group. He went on to be CFO and CCO for two private equity firms and an RIA. His expertise spans across hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity, venture capital, SPACs and real estate.
