She holds a Series 7, 63, Real Estate Licence and graduated with an MSc from Cornell University and BA from the University of Maryland.

John’s financial services career has included providing discretionary management services to ultra-high net worth investors and serving as a consultant to the hedge fund industry. His deep knowledge of traditional and alternative investments enables him to offer clients competent financial advice and suitable strategies for long-term growth of their assets. John began his financial career in 1997 after selling the company he founded after graduating. At the predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney he was one of the first Financial Advisors to earn Private Wealth Management credentials. His enthusiasm for alternative investments compelled him to leave the firm for assignments with hedge funds, real estate managers, family offices and shareholder activists. In 2010, he returned to the wealth management business to form The Marché Group, established with Victoria Feuer, to better serve the needs of investors seeking a comprehensive wealth management approach.

Chris brings experience and passion to his role as Divisional Vice President for RiverSource Insurance. Before joining Ameriprise in 2007, he was the head of global sales training at Medtronic Corporation, where he led the implementation of a value-based consultative sales process. Chris began his corporate career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he headed the global finance and IT training organization. He has led diverse organizations responsible for the effective delivery of sales, product, finance and IT solutions in several different languages and cultures. Prior to his corporate career, he served with distinction in the U.S. Marine Corps in leadership and staff roles at the platoon, company, battalion and division levels. He is recognized as a leader in the field of training and performance improvement.

Steve brings a wealth of financial services industry experience to this role dating back to 1993. Prior to joining Advanced Strategies, Steve was a Product Distribution compliance officer for RiverSource Distributors, where he supported the Insurance team with compliance oversight by building key relationships. As a franchise advisor field engagement manager for Ameriprise Financial, he led large-scale, cross-organizational advisor practice enhancement initiatives. He also held the position of business analyst and Strategic Planning Implementation Group project manager at Ameriprise.
